So, I have been busy crafting with paper this Canadian Victoria long weekend!
In November, I participated in a church craft sale. One of the items that I came up with was a vintage paper wreath. I made several of them to sell and several more to give away as Christmas gifts. Both my sister and my mom hung their wreaths in their homes and received compliments and inquiries on them. As a result, I made some for their friends too!
One of my mom's friends wanted a wreath so badly, that she offered to supply me with a whole box of vintage books in order to make more wreaths! I have had the box for a week now, and already have come up with several projects using the delicate vintage papers.
I read once, about a lady who loved making mittens so much that she just couldn't stop making them. Even though she had given a pair to everyone she knew, she kept making them. Eventually, she started leaving them in public places with a note and watching to see people's reactions. It filled her with such delight to make mittens and so she made more and more.
This is how I feel about crafting with paper...
