So, we are on a little holiday in Chase, BC.
We left on Friday. I had been spending so much time on my Tulsa Scrapbook on the Road that I left myself no time to make an album for this trip.
So, the night before we left, I was busy sewing together a mini album to take with me for the week. This time, I followed the style of Amy Tangerine from her class at Big Picture Classes.
We began our trip by fueling up at Starbucks, then met my parents in Canmore and traveled together from there. Here I ripped off part of the pastry bag to use as a background. I liked the lettering and wanted to incorporate it somehow.
I absolutely love my Instax Mini and am definitely getting my money's worth out of it on this trip!
Last summer I created a Chase 2010 Mini Album from this same trip. In that album I told many of the stories of our favourite things in Chase. So, this year I am not going to try to capture every little thing we do...only what grabs me. It sure takes a lot of the pressure off of trying not to miss anything. This year, if I feel like capturing it, I am, and if not, I let it go! It's so freeing and I am enjoying it.
