One of my favorite scrapbookers right now is Marcy Penner. Not only has she perfected layers, but she also employs these interesting ink splatters in her design. She has a great video tutorial to show you how.
Of course, I ran right out and bought myself some Sprinklers by October Afternoon to try out this technique.
