So, I created an Inspiration Board for my One Little Word.
As part of Ali Edwards' OLW class, we were given the assignment to create a vision board for our word. Ali does amazing work, and she is a constant source of inspiration to me. Her board is quite amazing as she does it on a large canvas that she hangs on her wall for the entire year. She has accumulated a couple of years worth of boards now and it is truly an inspiration.
Having taken Ali's class previous years, I knew that this assignment was coming and had already started a OLW board on my Pinterest account. Back a few years ago when I did this assignment for the first time, I loved the idea of an inspiration board so much that I decided to keep it up on a monthly basis.
At a local antique store I spied this gorgeous frame and decided to make it a permanent fixture in my craft space. Every month (well, almost) I am gleaning images from my current Pinterest boards to make this visual inspiration board. I have done this for two years now and I still love it.
With my OLW being Less this year, I haven't got as many images to represent my word, but am finding quite a few quotes. So this month, my board is filled with the quotes and things that are testing my commitment to this word.
In past years of taking this class, I have to admit that I have not taken my word to its full potential. I want to change that this year. I want to use my word to make changes in my life. So this inspiration board is here to remind me of just that.
How about you? How do you keep your OLW right in front of you?
