So, I am coming to the end of my Week In The Life documentation.
Today I will share a glimpse of Friday and Saturday.
Friday I worked from home, so Hubby asked me to supervise the lawn sprinklers first thing in the morning. I loved the spray that this shot captured.
Another bonus of working at home is that I can take short breaks to do things. So this morning I whipped up a batch of granola bars.
Since the day was so nice, I worked mostly outside on my patio.
Then, in the evening, when hubby came home we had a few nibbles as he joined me on the patio.
While we sat there, we had a visitor who was so brave he even dashed between our chairs!
Supper was held out on the patio (of course) and then we treated ourselves with ice cream and Oreo cookies to help cool down.
Saturday morning I slept in a bit. Getting up around 9am, I had breakfast and did a few things inside. Late morning snack was nectarines and almonds outside.
Most of the day I was working on some calendar notebooks that I hope to sell in an online shop (which I am in the process of figuring out).
And then when it became very hot outside, I moved indoors once again to do some housework.
Then back outside with an icy treat.
Later in the afternoon my daughter came home and set up outside across from me. I love this shot of her surrounded by all her paraphernalia.
We shared a snack of strawberries.
After supper I was working away at editing my WITL photos when I captured this guy visiting my flowers...
At 9pm the last thing I felt like doing was going for a run, but it was finally cool enough to go and I am trying to be disciplined so I went. And this was my reward...
And that is Friday and Saturday done!
